Richard Levine is a Partner of Emissary Partners and brings to the table over 30 years experience in executive search and international recruitment, including the past 11 years at the helm of his own Australian firm.

Richard has recruited non-executive directors and C-level executives for some of Australia’s most recognisable ‘brands’ in the professional services, commercial, government and not-for-profit sectors, and has a reputation for achieving successful outcomes to difficult and sensitive assignments in such areas as HR, IT, financial management, strategy and security. He has also consulted to a number of entities on leadership development, succession planning and organisational structuring.

Richard began his career in recruitment as a specialist in accounting and finance, and went on to become a CEO of two leading recruitment operations in Australia. He was also the Managing Director of a leading national engineering and technical contracting company in the late 1990’s.

Richard has a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Exeter in the UK.
