Our unique retained service specialises in accessing and attracting future leaders for the purposes of employer branding, succession planning and recruitment.

Assess
We apply a thorough search process (developed over 20 years of international search engagements). This includes intensive behavioural interviewing, assessment testing and background checking to identify executives of the highest calibre.

Attract
We maintain an ongoing relationship with select executives, ensuring our clients brand remains top of mind and key opportunities are presented at appropriate junctures in their career.

This service is tailored dependent on client needs, ranging from an annual post graduate recruitment program, to individual ad hoc searches and school presentations.
